1. Parties
Service Provider: WM Health Istanbul ("WM Health Istanbul") Address: Istanbul, Türkiye · Phone: to be added soon · E-mail: info@wmhealthistanbul.com · Website: wmhealthistanbul.com
Client: the person who books an appointment and pays for it through wmhealthistanbul.com. The Client's details are those provided during booking.
2. Subject Matter
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties for the online video health consultation service purchased by the Client through the website, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
3. Nature of the Service and Medical Disclaimer
- The service is an online video pre-consultation and health advice session with the selected specialist doctor at the agreed date and time.
- An online consultation does not replace an in-person examination and must not be used for emergencies.
- The service does not include any guarantee of a definitive diagnosis or treatment outcome. The doctor may recommend an in-person examination, tests or treatment where necessary; such additional services are not covered by this agreement.
4. Fees and Payment
- The fee for the service is shown on the booking page, including taxes.
- Payment is collected in advance at the time of booking through a licensed payment institution. WM Health Istanbul does not store card details.
- The appointment is confirmed only after payment is completed.
5. Performance of the Service
- The consultation link is available in the Client's account dashboard; the appointment confirmation is also sent by e-mail.
- The Client must join the consultation at the scheduled time with a suitable internet connection, camera and microphone.
- If the consultation cannot take place for a reason attributable to WM Health Istanbul or the doctor, the Client will be offered a new appointment or a full refund.
6. Right of Withdrawal
- The Client may withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason and without penalty.
- Under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services whose performance has begun, with the Client's approval, before the withdrawal period ends. The service is deemed to have begun when the consultation starts.
- Withdrawal notices can be sent to info@wmhealthistanbul.com.
7. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds
- The Client may request free cancellation or rescheduling by writing to info@wmhealthistanbul.com at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
- For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or if the Client does not attend, the fee may not be refunded. Requests based on justified reasons are assessed individually.
- Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of approval at the latest. The time it takes for the amount to appear on the account depends on the bank.
8. Personal Data
The Client's personal data is processed in accordance with the "Privacy Notice" and the "Explicit Consent Statement".
9. Dispute Resolution
For disputes arising from this agreement, the consumer arbitration committees (within the monetary limits announced annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade) or consumer courts at the Client's place of residence or where the transaction took place have jurisdiction. This does not deprive consumers resident in another country of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
10. Entry into Force
The agreement is concluded and enters into force when the Client books the appointment and completes payment. The current text of the agreement is always available on this page.
