These terms govern the use of the wmhealthistanbul.com website and online health consultation platform operated by WM Health Istanbul ("WM Health Istanbul"). By using the site you accept these terms.

1. Scope of the Service

• The platform enables online video pre-consultations and health advice with specialist doctors.
• An online consultation does not replace an in-person examination. Your doctor may recommend an in-person examination, tests or treatment where necessary.
• Information provided through the platform is general information and a preliminary assessment; a definitive diagnosis can only be made after the necessary examinations and tests.
• The terms for paid services are set out separately in the "Distance Service Agreement".

2. User Obligations

• The platform may only be used by persons aged 18 or over; appointments cannot be made for persons under 18.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide when booking and in the pre-assessment.
• You must not share your account details or consultation links with third parties.
• You must not record or publish consultations without the permission of the doctor and WM Health Istanbul.
• You must not use the platform for unlawful purposes or attempt to compromise its security or operation.

3. Emergency Limitation

The platform is not designed for medical emergencies. In situations such as chest pain, shortness of breath, loss of consciousness, severe bleeding, signs of stroke or thoughts of harming yourself or others, do not use the platform; call 112 (in Türkiye) or your local emergency number immediately, or go to the nearest emergency department.

4. Intellectual Property

All texts, images, logos and software on the site belong to WM Health Istanbul or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

• WM Health Istanbul is not liable for consequences arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the user or from failure to follow the doctor's recommendations.
• If a consultation is affected by technical problems with the internet connection, device or browser, it may be rescheduled to a time agreed by the parties.
• These limitations do not affect liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Personal Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the "Privacy Notice" and the "Explicit Consent Statement".

7. Changes

WM Health Istanbul may update these terms. The updated text applies from the date it is published on this page; for existing appointments, the terms in force on the booking date apply.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer disputes, the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts at your place of residence or where the transaction took place have jurisdiction under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. This does not deprive consumers resident in another country of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
